Alexandra started making jewellery in 2001 and has been designing, making and selling her work in London since 2006.
Contemporary yet romantic, Alexandra’s jewellery has a delicate and graceful quality that caresses the senses. The jewellery’s sculptural and intricate nature finds a balance with its elegance and beauty.
Design and composition are just as important as the materials used. Sterling silver and 18kt gold sometimes mingle with stones that add that important sparkle or flash of colour.
Alexandra is passionate about jewellery. Carving is her specialty; she works mainly in wax and metal but also can carve glass and stone. The lost wax process is often used to produce her exquisite pieces.
The process of designing and making is often an emotional one which is sometimes spiritually influenced. Nature, Art Nouveau, fantasy and the female form inspire her.
